Jayanagar is a cosmopolitan locality of Bengaluru city and is one of the zones of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike( BBMP ). Jayanagar was formed after independence and is said that due to migrants of the region established the heterogeneity and formed a pluralist society.
